The public folder in Outlook 2010 can contain anything like calendars items, messages or contacts. It is a public folder created by someone else in my organization. Liu, I have a similar problem, but I did not create the public folder. One caution: If the calendar folder is using a custom Outlook form, access the folder only through the folder list. Only searching from within the Favorites section will allow Outlook to do an indexed search and enables the Search commands. Click OK This should have the public folder indexed and be able to search them.
