I checked the bulb - ok I used DMM and no voltage (on the passenger side), the other side is fine. What is this wire. I`m not a professional mechanic but after all these years can pretty much put a 356 together with my eyes closed. if the fuse is good, meter the wire for continuity between pin 87/5 of the relay to fuse holder 14 .... Sometimes the pins in the 4-pin connector themselves can get worn, and not provide a good connection. Also pulled fog lights off and looked for 12V at connector--no voltage recorded.
I have pictures if someone will tell me how to post them. Jumped the 30 to 87 pin for 12V override--no fog lights. I just overlapped the two halves and drilled and bolted it back together, to get the angle I wanted. With headlight switch in off position (& fogs in any position) a pull on the turn signal stalk will flash the fogs.
