I didn't think there was any more upgrades because it did an automatic update when I first installed it, I guess I should check that and also download Cyberlink Advisor.And the Both audio and video.It is normal to have "WARNINGS/NOTIFICATION" with new movie releases on Blue-Ray. I switch to a Dolby Digital sound source on the same Blu-ray, sound returns.
